Jenn is a Certified Natural Healing Practitioner and a Usui Reiki Master. Reiki is a holistic method of healing that promotes wellness on all levels: physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. It feels deeply centering, relaxing, nurturing and peaceful. The Reiki energy (also known as Universal Life Energy) is drawn in by the receiver's body in just the right amount needed to assist in restoring balance, vitality and wellness. You can expect to feel tingly sensations, cold rush, heat rush or very relaxed, lighter, emotional perhaps.You may experience ‘run off” or detox symptoms, such as a cold, headache, lethargy for a day or two, especially if we move a lot of energy. The better you eat and the more you hydrate, the faster these symptoms will subside. (detox and getting rid of negative, stagnant energy is well worth it!) Some people do not experience any of these, as everyone is different - the main purpose is to be open to receive and watch the magic happen.

Please let me know a date and time that you can relax during the session while it's being performed. You do not need to physically be in my presence for the healing to work. I will be going into a deep meditation during the therapy and will be done privately in my sacred space during the session, so I will not be performing this over the phone or live. 

Rescheduling Appointments

All appointments and sessions are prepaid and nonrefundable if canceling within 48 hours of the scheduled session. If you pay for your reading and are not present (either in person, by phone or video call), you will be charged the full amount because of the time set aside for you. It is important that you're ready on time to take advantage of the time slot that you're paying for.
