Reading Policy:
All readings are prepaid and non-refundable once the reading has been conducted via phone or it's been emailed to you. Please contact me with dates and times that will work with your schedule to book a phone reading. E-mailed readings are typically delivered within 24-48 hours, however, times may vary depending on the volume of reading requests that are being booked. Please contact me via email or messenger via proof of purchase! Please check with me and current time frames if you're wanting a reading by a specific date.
Rescheduling Appointments:
A re-booking fee of $10 will be charged if you change your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice. If you pay for your reading and are not present (either in person, by phone or video call), you will be charged the full amount because of the time set aside for you. It is important that you're ready on time to take advantage of the time slot that you're paying for.
